We invite your company to view “Victoria’s Conference Room” at Quality
Inn Grafton. Specialising in corporate training programs, presentations,
product launches, social functions and wedding receptions. Our
conference room has floor to ceiling windows creating beautiful natural
light in a truly relaxed but professional atmosphere. The warmth, energy
and support of our staff make every event a success. No matter how large
or small the group, every conference will be a success at Victoria’s
Conference Room. Our experienced team will endeavour to exceed your
expectations.

The Quality Inn Grafton is a four star property located in the heart of
the city, with the shopping centre across the road and the main street
200 metres away.
The property has 39 rooms with 7 different types available, which cater
for the corporate traveller, families and honeymoon couples. Each room
has tea and coffee making facilities and Austar channels. The Motel also
has a pool and heated spa. There is plenty of space available for cars
and also for buses on the motel grounds.
Should you be interested in a business meeting, anniversary dinner or
function of any type. Please telephone our Reception staff to discuss
your requirements, we will be very happy to assist.

available to assist you with all your requirements.
Chef Steele has designed menus to cater for all dietary needs. Please specify
and we will assist.
All menus for workshop breaks, breakfast, lunch and dinner are available
on request.

Function Terms and Conditions
In order to ensure the success of your function, we ask you to read the
following guidelines carefully.
1) Confirmation of your conference must be in writing.
2) Confirmation of a wedding reception will require a deposit of 10%.
3) Duration of function - guests must depart by the time specified when
final arrangements are made, to enable us to reset for the next
conference, unless special arrangements are made.
4) Final Arrangements – are to be made at least three working days prior
to function date. eg. Selection of menu and wines
5) Cancellation – all cancellations must be made in writing.
6) Final Numbers – need to be notified three working days prior to the
function. Charges are to be based on this final number, or numbers,
attending, whichever the greater.
7) Payments. All credit cards are accepted. An authority will be
required if card holder is not present. Chargeback payments are accepted
only if an account application for credit has been completed and
approved by management prior to arrival.
8) Music / Entertainment –Management reserves the right to control music
/ noise levels at the conference. No amplified music is permitted in the
restaurant. All music must cease at 11.00pm
9) Liquor and Beverages - Management reserves all rights to supply
liquor and beverages. Consumption must comply with all state
regulations.
10) Insurance – The restaurant will take all necessary care, but accepts
no responsibility for damage or loss of merchandise left in the
restaurant / conference facilities.
11) Damage – Clients are financially responsible for any damage
sustained to the restaurant /conference facilities or our property during functions,
whether through their own action or through the
actions of their guests.
12) Service charge 25% for weekend and public holidays will apply to the
total account.
13) Price Variations – We endeavour to maintain prices as printed but
these may be subject to increase at management’s discretion.
