In 1885, Grafton was proclaimed a city and has become well known for its Jacaranda Festival held during the first week in November, July Racing Carnival and the Bridge to Bridge Ski Classic held the long weekend in October. Grafton and its surrounding districts have much to offer visitors to our City. Please see Tourist Information.

Quality Inn Grafton is well situated, as it is one block from the majestic Clarence River and within the CBD.
The property has 39 rooms with 7 different types available, which cater for the corporate traveller, families and honeymoon couples.

Each room has tea and coffee making facilities and Austar. We provide an Internet line to every room, a desk, small lounge and table, iron and ironing board. We provide a guest laundry and dry cleaning is returned on the day.

Our room types include deluxe rooms, family rooms and self contained apartments, with cooking facilities for the short/long term stayers. There is also plenty of space available on the motel grounds for cars and coaches.

Details are as follows:

STANDARD ROOM
These are our base rooms consisting of a queen- size bed and either a single bed or a single sofa.
Rooms are to the four star standard.
Room capacity: Three people

DELUXE ROOM
All Deluxe rooms consist of a queen- size bed with either, a single bed or a single sofa and have a balcony. Rooms are to the four star standard.
Room capacity: Three people

QUEEN SPA ROOMS
Queen spa rooms are larger than the deluxe rooms with a queen size bed, single bed and a sofa bed.
We offer only two of these rooms, both of which have balconies.
The bathroom has a normal size bath with spa jets.
Room capacity: Four people

EXECUTIVE ROOMS
Executive rooms consist of a kitchenette with microwave, lounge area with a double sofa bed
and dining for four. In the separate bedroom we have a king bed and second television.
There is a double spa bath in the bathroom.

FAMILY ROOMS
The family room consists of two deluxe rooms interconnecting. The main room has a queen-size
bed and the interconnecting room has two single beds. The family room upstairs also has a sofa
that converts to a bed. The family unit on the ground level is wheelchair friendly.
Room capacity: The ground level room caters for four people.
The upstairs family room caters for five people.

APARTMENTS
We also have apartments. There are three apartments available in our guest cottage, situated
at the rear of the property. The cottage is well maintained and has old world charm.
All apartments have a kitchen and separate bedroom area. Our fourth apartment is situated within the Motel.

ROOM 36
This apartment is fully self-contained and has a combined bedroom / lounge area with separate kitchen
It consists of a queen-size bed and a sofa bed.
Room capacity: three people

ROOM 37
This fully self-contained apartment has two bedrooms with a separate lounge and dining area. It consists of a queen-size bed in the main bedroom,
two single beds in the second bedroom and the sofa converts to a single bed in the lounge area.
Room Capacity: Five people

ROOM 38
This apartment caters for four people. It has a queen size bed in the main bedroom, with a double sofa.
Dining table in a separate room for four people. The large kitchen is quipped with an oven,
stovetop and microwave.
Room Capacity: Four people

ROOM 39
This apartment is located within the motel. This is the most spacious and modern
of the apartments due to the open plan of the lounge/dining area.
It consists of a queen size bed in the main bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom.
The sofa converts to a double bed. The large kitchen is fully self-contained.
Room capacity: six people
